    • We will assess your return request within 5 business days and respond within 15 business days.

  3. Approved Returns:

    • If approved, you'll receive a return address, RA number, and instructions.
    • In some cases, we may provide a free return label. If not, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  4. Sending Your Return:

    • Ship your return within 7 business days using the provided address and RA number.
    • Notify us once shipped and provide tracking information.

  5. Refunds:

    • After the supplier confirms receipt of your return, a credit will be issued, and we'll process your refund using your original payment method.
