Easy Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's how our return process works:

Initiate Your Return:

• Start by contacting us within 15 days of delivery through our contact form. The more details you provide, the faster we can assist you.

Review & Approval:

• We'll work with our supplier to assess your return request within 5 business days. You'll receive a response within 15 business days.

Approved Returns:

• If your return is approved, we'll provide a return address, RA number, and any instructions.
• Free Returns: In some cases, the supplier may offer a free return label. We'll let you know if this applies to your return.
• Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless a free label is provided.

Sending Your Return:

• You'll have 7 business days to ship your return using the provided address and RA number.
• Let us know once your package is shipped and provide tracking information. Need more time? Just contact us!

Refunds:

• Once the supplier confirms they received your return, they'll issue a credit. We'll then process your refund using your original payment method.

Note: All returns require supplier approval.
